Dorothy M. Werth, 91, of Lincoln died
Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. at The Christian Village.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln,
with Tim Searby and Paul Odom co-officiating.
Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. at the
funeral home. |

Burial will be in New Union
Cemetery.
Mrs. Werth was a homemaker.
She was born June 19, 1916, in Lawndale to Jesse
and Martha Griffin Henson. She married Wilfred W.
Werth on Oct. 1, 1937, in Champaign. He preceded her
in death on Dec. 27, 2006.
She is survived by three sons, Jay (and Patricia)
Werth of Santa Rosa, Calif., Terry "T.W." (and
Becky) Werth of Lincoln and Julian "Judd" (and
Susan) Werth of Orland Park; seven grandchildren;
and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was the last of her immediate family and was
preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters. |
She was a member of Lincoln Christian Church and a
past member of Home Extension and Zonta Club of
Lincoln.
