 The Aggies improved two places to No. 10 in the women's AP Top 25 poll Monday after handing then-No. 14 Auburn its first loss of the season, 62-60.
Texas A&M was one of the few teams that made a move following a light week due to final exams. The top nine teams held steady, with Tennessee at No. 1 after an easy week. The Lady Vols again received 48 of the 50 first-place votes following their 84-61 win over Middle Tennessee and a 96-73 victory over Gonzaga
UConn, one of eight Top 25 teams that didn't play, got the other two first-place votes. Third-ranked North Carolina and fourth-ranked Maryland also had the week off.
Fifth-ranked Stanford played Sunday, routing then-No. 10 Baylor 87-63. Senior Candice Wiggins scored the 2,000th point of her career. Stanford was Baylor's highest-ranked opponent since the Bears faced No. 4 LSU on Jan. 30, 2006.
The Cardinal will host top-ranked Tennessee on Saturday.
Sixth-ranked Rutgers beat then-No. 11 California 56-51 before edging Princeton 53-48. The Scarlet Knights don't play again until facing Temple on Dec. 30.
Rutgers was followed by Georgia, LSU and Oklahoma, which rallied to beat Michigan State 66-55 on Sunday.

The Aggies were last in the top 10 on Nov. 27, 2006.
"We are definitely a top 15 team and so is Auburn," Texas A&M coach Gary Blair said the win over Auburn. "We just happen to have the last possession. We are going to get better because of this game. Every game in the Big 12 is going to be like it was today, because the Big 12 North is so improved as well as the South."
Baylor dropped one spot to 11th, followed by California, West Virginia, Duke and DePaul.
Auburn fell two places to 16th. Notre Dame remained 17th, Ohio State and Texas each moved up a spot followed by Oklahoma State.
The Cowgirls are one of six unbeaten teams left -- Tennessee, Connecticut, DePaul, Georgia, and Arkansas are the others.
Vanderbilt, Arizona State, Michigan State, Wyoming, and Old Dominion round out the Top 25.
