invitational basketball tournament at Trinity Lutheran School in
Springfield are the Zion Lutheran School Eagles. Front row (from

The Zion Eagles defeated the host school 40-32 Sunday, with Brent
Hunsley and Will Podbelsek each contributing 15 points toward the
win. Austin Leonard made six points and Jason Sheley four points.

On Saturday, Zion defeated Concordia Lutheran School of
Springfield 47-29 and Lutheran School Association of Decatur 30-25.
The Zion team is coached by Dan Podbelsek and Mark Hunsley.
