Chamber to host additional energy meeting       Send a link to a friend

[July 21, 2007]  Due to demand, the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce will host one additional meeting on the energy purchasing co-op. The meeting will be on Thursday at 3 p.m. at Lincoln Park District headquarters and is open to all businesses in the Logan County area with an interest in stabilizing their utility budgets and lowering their electric energy bills.

Due to deregulation, energy may be purchased on the open market. The purchasing cooperative will pool the buying power of commercial customers to procure energy at the best available competitive market price.
