He was born Aug. 12, 1944, in Peoria.
He is survived by one brother, Kenneth Curtis Jr.
of Lincoln, and one sister, Barbara Ann Mustard of
Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth
Curtis Sr. and Clara Bell Wade
