matters that affect the quality of our lives. The
most effective and least offensive manner to get

Dear Editor: On Saturday the Beason Fire Department and Women's
Auxiliary held a clothing drive for the family who lost their home
in a house fire in February. We received a wonderful response, with
donations in many forms. I would like to thank everyone who
responded and donated; I would also like to thank The Courier,
Lincoln Daily News and 96.3 FM in Atlanta for putting the
information out there for people to hear about.
Being a victim of a house fire myself when I was younger, I
personally know the feeling of losing everything. I could not fathom
losing my home and knowing my children had lost everything. Thanks
again for everyone's help.
Heather Fuller
Beason Fire Department
