Evelyn Louise Ware, 90, of Fulton, Mo.,
formerly of Lincoln, died Saturday, May 12, 2007, at 11:55 p.m. at
Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton. |
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. Her
funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral
home, with the Rev. Eldon Wilson officiating.
Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.
Mrs. Ware was a homemaker and also worked as a
nurse's aide.
She was born Oct. 26, 1916, in Middletown to
Samuel T. and Charlotte Whiteman Bannister. She
married Irvin Ware on May 21, 1935, in Lincoln, and
he preceded her in death on May 22, 1968.
She is survived by two sons, Charles L. Ware of
Fulton, Mo., and Boyd A. (and Donna) Ware of Fulton,
Mo.; two daughters, Ruth L. (and Richard) Shockley
of Richmond, Mo., and Phyllis M. (and Everett)
Miller of Lincoln; three sisters, Kathryn Voyles,
Phyllis Deavers and Vivian Skelton, all of Lincoln;
nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Irvin
Leroy Ware; one granddaughter, Melissa; two sisters,
Delores Armour and Darlene Tibbs; and two brothers,
Charles and Vernon Bannister. |
She was a member of the Callaway County Christian
Church of Fulton, Mo., and the American Legion
Auxiliary of Lincoln.
