Sally I. Franz, 72, of Lincoln died
Sunday, May 20, 2007, at 12:05 p.m. at Abraham Lincoln Memorial
Hospital. |

Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln,
with the Rev. David Craig officiating. Visitation
will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will
be in New Union Cemetery.
Mrs. Franz worked as a clerk at Wal-Mart for a
number of years.
She was born Aug. 10, 1934, in Pana to Ted M. and
Blanche M. Howard Jackson. She married Elmer Franz
in 1956 in Mississippi.
She is survived by three stepsons, James Franz of
Normal, Larry Franz of Decatur and Steve Franz of
Florida; one sister, Edrie Berger of Lincoln; and
two brothers, William F. (and Evelyn) Jackson of
Greer, S.C., and Robert A. (and Betty) Jackson of
Mesa, Ariz. |
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband,
one brother and one sister.
