Soybeans rise, grains mixed          Send a link to a friend

[May 24, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Soybean futures increased Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grains finished mixed.

Wheat for July delivery rose 5.5 cents to $4.76.5 a bushel; July corn fell 1 cent to $3.68.5 a bushel; July oats rose 7.25 cents to $2.76.5 a bushel; July soybeans rose 7.25 cents to $8.00.5 a bushel.

Beef futures declined and pork futures ended mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell 0.65 cent to 91.85 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.98 cent to $1.1272 a pound; June lean hogs fell 0.03 cent to 74.62 cents a pound; July pork bellies rose 0.20 cent to $1.0192 a pound.
