Donald
E. Welburn, 62, of Lincoln died Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at Abraham
Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
His funeral will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Holland Barry & Bennett
Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. |

Mr. Welburn was employed at Reynolds Aluminum for
many years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He was born July 7, 1945, in Chicago to Alfred
Tennison Welburn and Helen Ann Thomas-Welburn. He
married Marjorie "Chris" Fulmer on Aug. 23, 1999.
He is survived by his wife, of Lincoln; one son,
Michael "Slick" Welburn of Davenport, Fla.; two
stepdaughters, Dianna Bland and Lacy Swinford, both
of Lincoln; one stepson, Mikel Fulmer of Clinton;
two sisters, Janet Ellis of Hammond, Ind., and
Sharon Welburn of Pana; and seven grandchildren,
Alexandra Ann Stewart, Emily Fulmer, Brayden Hunter,
Blake Collins, Destiny King, Ethan Fulmer and Devin
Bland.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial donations may be made to the family and
will be accepted at the funeral home.
