Philip Proctor

[October 03, 2007] SPRINGFIELD -- Philip H. Proctor, 81, of Springfield died Monday, Oct. 1, 2007, at 4:20 p.m. at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

Cremation rites were accorded. Services will be announced at a later date

Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski is handling arrangements.

Mr. Proctor was secretary for the Communications Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

He was born July 7, 1926, in Champaign to Philip and Grace Holman Proctor.
