            		Ralph Nanke Rademaker, 89, of Lincoln 
			died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. at his home. 
			His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Zion Lutheran 
			Church in Lincoln, with the Rev. Mark Thompson officiating. | 
						
							| Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at 
							Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln and 
							one hour prior to the service at the church on 
							Friday. Burial, with military rites, will be in 
							Hartsburg Union Cemetery. Mr. Rademaker was a farmer until 1960 and then 
							owned and operated a Dairy Queen in New Braunfels, 
							Texas. In 1972 he moved to Macomb, where he retired 
							from Bower Roller Bearing Corp. in 1983. He served in the U.S. Army from July 1942 to 
							January 1946 in the Pacific Theater.  He was born May 23, 1918, south of Emden to Nanke 
							John and Bertha Arnold Rademaker. He married Bonita 
							Graham on Jan. 23, 1949, in Emden. He is survived by his wife, of Lincoln; one son, 
							Dana Ralph (and Linnea) Rademaker of Cary; three 
							daughters, Rilla (and David) Farley of Houston, 
							Texas, Sylvia (and Alan) Klokkenga of rural Emden 
							and Nila Petersen of Houston, Texas; one brother, 
							Walter Rademaker of Lincoln; three sisters, Ruth 
							(and Lewis) Logeman of Emden, Josephine Rorabaugh of 
							Liberal, Kan., and Rachel Woll of San Jose; 13 
							grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. One brother, Arnold, preceded him in death in 
							1990. | 
                    
					 
							He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Lincoln. In the military service, he attained the rank of 
							corporal and received the Victory Medal, American 
							Theater Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Theater Victory 
							Ribbon with one Bronze Battle Star, four Overseas 
							Bars and a Good Conduct Medal. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran School in 
							Lincoln or to the donor's choice
