To the editor: The Lincoln Area YMCA would like to thank Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln Mercury for their continued support of the YMCA Youth Soccer League. We are looking forward to having another great season, thanks in large part to the assistance we receive from Jim and his staff. Registration is going on at the YMCA office until Aug. 25. This year we have an additional sponsor of the YMCA junior high travel team. Our new travel coach, Steve Foster from Country Financial, has generously agreed to pitch in and help supplement some of the extra costs of the travel team. Due to such great support from community members like these, the YMCA is able to provide fun, family-oriented programs to local families. Thank you to all who help the YMCA build strong kids, strong families and a strong community.
