Chamber Encourages Ag Students to Apply for Scholarships

[February 22, 2008]  The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce encourages Logan County students pursuing a career in agriculture to apply for a Logan County Ag Day Scholarship. Applications are available at the chamber office, 1555 Fifth St. in Lincoln; at local high school guidance offices; or may be downloaded from www.lincolnillinois.com.

The scholarship recipients will be announced during the ninth annual Logan County Ag Day Breakfast on March 19 at 7 a.m. at Lincoln Christian College and Seminary's Laughlin Center. The event is hosted by the chamber's ag committee and made possible by local business sponsors. (See related article.)
