Agricultural Futures Up on CBOT

[January 09, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agricultural futures ended higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 4.5 cents to $9.075 a bushel; March corn climbed 12.5 cents to $4.7875 a bushel; March oats gained 6 cents to $3.3325 a bushel; March soybeans rose 17.25 cents to $12.67 a bushel.

Beef futures traded lower and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.53 cent to 94.07 cents a pound; January feeder cattle dropped 0.2 cent to $1.0022 a pound; February lean hogs rose 0.17 cent to 55.87 cents a pound; February pork bellies gained 0.37 cent to 84.57 cents a pound.
