[July 01, 2008]  OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- Katie Hoff is 2-for-2 at the U.S. Olympic trials, locking up another race for Beijing with a 400-meter freestyle victory.

Hoff rallies over the final 150 meters Monday night to pull away with a time of 4 minutes, 2.32 seconds. Kate Ziegler, America's best distance swimmer, claims the second spot in 4:03.92.

Allison Schmitt and Caroline Burckle, who set the early pace, faded to third and fourth -- not good enough to make the team.
