Last Tuesday, outside the Logan County Courthouse before the county would cast a final vote, area farmer Brent Hellman (left) and Logan County Development Partnership executive director Joel Smiley spoke about the benefits that the Rail Splitter Wind Farm would bring to the area.  Jim Drew from the Logan County Farm Bureau looks on.
The county board approved the wind farm's request that paves the way for them to put up 29 wind turbines in Logan County.
