Triple T vs. Friendship Manor

[June 24, 2008]  Triple T Promotional pulled off an improbable come-from-behind victory over Friendship Manor in Mustang League action Monday night. Trailing 9-4, TTT scored six runs on five hits in their last at-bat. With two outs and two strikes, Will Craine grounded a single past the first baseman to plate two runs and give TTT the victory 10-9.

Noah Kenney was the winning pitcher.

Jacob Konczyk reached base safely all three times, with two singles, two runs scored and four RBIs. Brycen Hicks and Josiah Smith each had a hit and two runs scored. Kenney had a hit and an RBI. Brett Marlin smashed a double and knocked in two runs to spark the final-inning rally.

For Friendship Manor, Gage Ealy had a hit, two RBIs and scored two runs. Jake Woods scored two runs and struck out three batters in two-plus innings on the mound. Garrett Maupin had a double, an RBI and a run scored.
