Lincoln College President John Hutchinson is joined by college board members and dignitaries that included state Rep. Rich Brauer and state Sen. Larry Bomke at a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday morning. The occasion signified the start of the construction phase of the new $8.1 million Lincoln Center on the Lincoln College campus.
