Lincoln Daily News
welcomes letters of appreciation, information and
opinion on matters pertaining to the community.
Controversial issues:
As a
community we need to be able to talk openly about
matters that affect the quality of our lives. The
most effective and least offensive manner to get
your point across is to stick to the issue
and refrain from commenting on another person's
opinion. Letters that deviate from focusing on the
issue may be rejected or edited and marked as such.

With the help of these people and businesses, I was able to
complete my project on time. Individuals who donated money are my
grandparents, Frank Sulc and Bill and Rosalie Mikesell, and my
parents, Joe and Rachel Mikesell. I would like to thank Gary
Barackman especially for spending more than 25 hours crafting the
two log benches. Thank you to Ace Hardware, Alexander Lumber Co.,
Big R, Contractor's Ready Mix and Hundman Lumber Co. for donating
the much-needed materials and supplies. Also, I would like to thank
the Mount Pulaski Boy Scout Troop 122 and Scoutmaster Greg Maus for
giving me the chance to advance this far in Scouting.
