Lottie Patterson

[May 21, 2008]  Lottie Alice Patterson, 77, of Lincoln, died Monday, May 19, 2008, at 4:15 p.m. at her home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard Reinwald officiating.

Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.

Mrs. Patterson was a homemaker.

She was born July 12, 1930, at Hopedale to Benjamin Hobert and Donna White. She married James W. Patterson on March 31, 1951, in Lincoln. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 1992.

She is survived by five sons, Ronnie (and Betty) Patterson of Bloomington, Donald (and Kathy) Patterson of Lincoln, Jim Patterson of Springfield, Mike Patterson of San Diego, Calif., and Steve (and Shannon) Patterson of Bloomington; two daughters, Debbie (and Jerry) Pantier of Centralia and Tina (and Gilbert) Dobbels of Lincoln; two brothers, Earl (and Vivian) White of Tremont and Huey (and Arlene) White of Pekin; one sister, Rose Miesner of Manito; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Joseph Kevin Patterson; three brothers; three sisters; one grandson, Joshua Patterson; and one great-granddaughter, Amaya Cameron.

Funeral Director

Lottie loved being with her family. She celebrated Mother's Day on May 18 at her home, surrounded by the ones she loved and good food.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
