Ag futures fall on Chicago Board of Trade

[November 01, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures fell Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Auto RepairWheat for December delivery fell 1.75 cents at $5.3625 a bushel; December corn dropped 8 cents to $4.015 a bushel; December oats fell 8 cents to $2.315 a bushel; November soybeans lost 8.75 cents to $9.2525 a bushel.

Beef futures and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose 0.25 cent to 93.75 cents a pound; November feeder cattle gained 0.77 cent to 98.62 cents a pound; December lean hogs fell 1.20 cents to 54.80 cents a pound; February pork bellies settled down 1.98 cents to 84.77 cents a pound.
