ATLANTA -- Odessa L. Roadarmel, 94, of
Bloomington, formerly of Atlanta, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008, at
3:27 a.m. at the McLean County Nursing Home in Normal.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Quiram-Peasley
Funeral Home in Atlanta, with Tony Billingsley officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the
service time. |

She was born Feb. 17, 1914, in Richmond, Ky., to
Claude and Ada White Cates.
She is survived by her children, Gwen Long of
Camdenton, Mo., Larry Kindred of Tavares, Fla., Dale
(and Margaret) Kindred of Orlando, Fla., Mary
Swearingen of Lincoln and Gary (and Shizuko) Kindred
of Atlanta; 18 grandchildren; 32
great-grandchildren; and 14
great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, two
sisters and one brother.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the
donor's choice.
