Anna Bossingham

[October 14, 2008]  Anna E. Bossingham, 93, of Lincoln, died Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, at The Christian Village.

Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be in Oak View Cemetery, Armington.

Mrs. Bossingham and her husband owned the Armington Locker for several years.

She was born June 25, 1915, to Albert and Mary Kaesebier Klokkenga. She married John "Jack" Bossingham on Feb. 27, 1937. He preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 1983.

She is survived by two sons, John Bossingham of Bloomington and Ron (and Mary) Bossingham of Lincoln; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Earnest Klokkenga of Missouri.

She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary Ann; four brothers; and three sisters.

She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Emden for many years.

Memorial donations may be made to the Armington Rescue Squad or the Morton We Care van and will be accepted at the funeral home.
