LCC Angels win 3 straight

[October 16, 2008]  The Angels of Lincoln Christian College improved their record to 15-7 by defeating Robert Morris College in three games 25-16, 25-22 and 26-24.

CivicThe Angels were led by Krystine Schnautz with 18 kills and nine digs; Jamie McFadden with 13 kills, 12 digs and three service aces; Nicki Wingfield with eight kills; Jessica Schroeder with 35 digs; and Megan Donnelly with 43 assists and six digs. Adriane Tschantz also contributed six kills and two digs.

Coach Jason Farr was "very pleased with the way the ladies played together, and even when trailing 21-17 in the last game, never felt like the game was out of hand."

The Angels will be playing Friday and Saturday in the St. Louis College of Pharmacy Invitational Tournament and will be at home Wednesday against Oakland City University.
