MIDDLETOWN -- Jason D. Arnold, 26, of
Middletown, died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008, at 5 a.m. at Memorial
Medical Center in Springfield. |

A private family service will be at a later date.
Arrangements are by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home in Lincoln.
Mr. Arnold was disabled.
He was born July 24, 1982, at Pekin.
He is survived by his mother, Melissa Merriman of
Middletown; one sister, Jessica Eairheart of
Middletown; two brothers, Brent (and Ashley)
Eairheart of Lincoln and
Bradley Eairheart of Middletown; his
grandparents, Bob (and Connie) Arnold of Mason City,
Carolyn Griffith of Peoria and Carolyn Merriman of
New Holland; one nephew; and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Earl
Merriman. |
Memorials may be made to the American Heart
Association.
