[April 09, 2009]  MOUNT PULASKI -- Myron B. Haynes, 77, of Mount Pulaski, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at 9:18 a.m. at his home.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski, with Jeremy Thomason officiating. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery.

Mr. Haynes was a state highway engineer for 35 years.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He was born July 31, 1931, in Lake Fork to Everett and Lottie Bryson Haynes.

He is survived by one brother, Gerald Haynes of Mount Pulaski.

Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
