Esther E. Lolling, 86, of Lincoln, died
Saturday, April 11, 2009, at 2:30 a.m. at Vonderlieth Living Center
in Mount Pulaski. |
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at
Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lincoln, with the Rev.
Andrew Nyren officiating.
Burial will be in New Union Cemetery.
Mrs. Lolling retired from Lincoln Developmental
Center, where she was a clothing aide.
She was born March 15, 1923, in Emden to Nicholas
Louis and Edith Schwantz Baker. She married Rudolph
Lolling in Emden on June 20, 1943. He preceded her
in death on March 23, 2008.
She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia (and
Mike) Smith of Decatur and Debra (and Dale) Aper of
Mount Pulaski; one son, Monte (and Jennifer)
Lolling; a daughter-in-law, Suzann Lolling of
Lincoln; one brother, Wilbur Baker of Lincoln; one
sister, Irma Neil of Jacksonville, Fla.; 11
grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son,
Michael. |
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
She loved doing stitchery and was a frequent
winner at the Logan County Fair.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church
or Vonderlieth Living Center.
