Donald H. Prince, 75, of Lincoln, died
Friday, April 10, 2009, at 12:51 p.m. at Abraham Lincoln Memorial
Hospital. |

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Cremation will follow the visitation and there will
be no services.
Mr. Prince was a laborer for West Lincoln
Township for 40 years and worked for Stetson China
Co. for 18 years.
He was born Aug. 2, 1933, at Middletown to Elwood
and Melinda Wepner Prince. He married Marie Carter
on June 28, 1957, at the Lincoln Christian Church
parsonage.
He is survived by his wife, of Lincoln; three
sons, Bill Carter of Lincoln, Steve Prince (and
Jennifer Awe) of Lincoln, and Donald W. (and Vickie)
Prince of Harristown; two sisters, Louella
Przykopanski of Rock Island and Juanita Wilson of
Hopedale; two grandchildren, Sarah and Alex Prince
of LeRoy; two nieces; and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one
brother, Henry Prince. |
Memorials may be made to the Abraham Lincoln
Memorial Hospital intensive care unit, American
Cancer Society or the donor's choice.
