A private family graveside service will be at a
later date. Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home
is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Bartels enjoyed cooking and worked as a cook
at the Lincoln Elks Club and Lincoln Developmental
Center.
She was born Nov. 21, 1924, in Lincoln to Clyde
and Alma Westerman Swingle.
She is survived by her son, David Bartels of
Lincoln.
Memorial donations may be made to the family.
