Agriculture futures trade mixed on the CBOT

[February 20, 2009]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 8.75 cents to $5.195 a bushel, while March corn gained 4 cents to $3.5325 a bushel. March oats were unchanged at $1.715 a bushel, while March soybeans slid 3 cents to $8.845 a bushel.

Beef futures rose, while pork futures dropped on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle traded up 1.83 cents to 84.75 cents a pound, and March feeder cattle added 1.60 cents to 90.62 cents a pound. April lean hogs slipped 0.23 cent to 60.57 cents a pound, while March pork bellies dropped 2.60 cents to 76.25 cents a pound.
