DETAILS: Dedication of wayside sign next to the circa 1848 Mount Pulaski Courthouse. More details to come. A lunch may follow the ceremony. For more information, call 217-732-8687.

Abe Lincoln's birthday celebration at Postville Courthouse
WHO: Open to public
DETAILS: The Arts & Craft Guild will have a children's event from 10 am to noon in the historic courtroom. Paul Beaver will be on hand to give two afternoon presentations. Period music will be playing throughout the celebration. An Abraham Lincoln interpreter will be on hand to greet visitors. Postville volunteers will conduct tours and serve cake and punch. Contest winners will be announced. Free to the public, but donations are graciously accepted. Call 217-732-8930 or 217-737-0979 for more information.
