Lincoln Legion splits with Northbrook

[July 13, 2009]  On Saturday, the Lincoln Senior Legion hosted Northbrook, with Northbrook winning the first one 15-10. Lincoln spotted Northbrook a 10-0 lead, but tied it up 10-10 in the fifth only to lose a wild one in seven.

In the second game, Mitch Adolphson stepped out from his usual shortstop position to pitch and slammed the door shut on Northbrook, taking the complete-game victory 7-2.
