Donald Ray Payne, 64, of Lincoln, died
Thursday, March 5, 2009, at 1:15 a.m. at his home.
His body was cremated.
A celebration of his life will be scheduled later. |

Arrangements are by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home in Lincoln. Mr. Payne worked as general
manager of Contractor's Ready-Mix.
He was born May 16, 1944, in Lincoln to Adrian G.
and Helen M. Roulston Payne. He married Joanne
Guydate on April 10, 1965, in Beason.
He is survived by his wife, of Lincoln; one
daughter, Amy (and Scott) Neece of Lincoln; one
grandson, Wes Neece of Lincoln; and one
granddaughter, Abigail Neece of Lincoln.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren
and attending their sporting events. Don also
enjoyed his Harley-Davidson. |
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's
choice.
