David A. Sullivan Sr., 47, of Lincoln,
died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at 4 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center in
Springfield.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln. His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at
the funeral home, with the Rev. Jacob Skelton officiating.
Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. |
Mr. Sullivan had been
a technician at Lincoln Developmental Center.
He was born May 30, 1961, in Lincoln to Lewis
Carl and Donna Smith Sullivan.
He is survived by his mother, Donna Charlene
Sullivan Fulk of Lincoln; two sons, David Alan Jr.
(and Melissa) Sullivan of Lincoln and Darrick (and
Victoria) Sullivan of Lincoln; one stepdaughter,
Angela Wagner of Lincoln; five brothers, Donnie (and
Linda) Sullivan of Troy, Mo., Edward (and Jane)
Sullivan of Missouri, Charles (and Gayla) Smith of
Atlanta, Roger (and Debbie) Smith of Lincoln and
Rocky (and Evelyn) Sullivan of Overland, Mo.; three
sisters, Charlotte (and John) Parcelle of Lincoln,
Sue (and Gary) Tripplett of Lincoln and Brenda
Sullivan of Lincoln; one grandchild; and eight
stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father; one
brother, Calvin Sullivan; and his maternal and
paternal grandparents. |
He was of the Protestant faith.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer
Society.
