[November 11, 2009]  James E. Seibert, 76, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, at 3:55 p.m. at Maple Ridge Care Centre.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Tim Searby officiating.

Burial will be in Elkhart Cemetery, Elkhart.

Mr. Seibert retired from Morton Metalcraft, Morton, where he was vice president of sales and marketing.

He was born June 19, 1933, to John and Myrtle Hurley Seibert. He married Florence "Annette" Stolz on Sept. 3, 1955, in Lincoln.

He is survived by his wife, of Lincoln; two sons, Randy (and Kathy) Seibert of Arlington Heights and Lance (and Gena) Seibert of Glen Carbon; one daughter, Jody Ann (and John) Mosley of Dunewoody, Ga.; one brother, William "Bill" (and Jean) Seibert of New Hartford, Conn.; and eight grandchildren, Madison, Elizabeth, Jamie, Courtney and Layna Seibert, and John, Jacob and Anna Mosley.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Funeral Director

He was a member of the Bradley varsity B-Club, Lincoln Elks Lodge 914 and National Rifle Association.

He graduated from Lincoln Community High School and received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bradley University.
