[October 09, 2009]  The Lady Wolverine basketball team defeated Carroll Catholic/New Holland on Thursday night in both seventh- and eighth-grade games.

InsuranceThe seventh-grade grade score was 22-8. The Lady Wolverines were led in scoring by Brook Soebbing, who had eight points and also led in rebounds with 10. Kate Benner chipped in six points. Megan Joseph had nine rebounds and Emily Martinez added three steals.

The seventh-grade Lady Wolverines are now 1-3.

The eighth-grade Lady Wolverines improved their record to 3-3 with their victory against CCS/NHM. The final score was 28-17.

Michelle Paulus led the Lady Wolverines in scoring with 11 points, and Alexandra Turner chipped in eight. Livvie Muck led the Lady Wolverines in rebounding with eight rebounds and also led WL-B with four steals. Alex Turner grabbed seven rebounds.

The Crusaders were led by Skylar Conrady with 15 points.
