LCU to host NCCAA soccer regional

[October 28, 2009]  The Midwest Region men's soccer tournament for National Christian College Athletic Association Division II will be played Thursday through Saturday at the home field of the Red Lions of Lincoln Christian University.

Host LCU, seeded fifth, will play Grace Bible College at 1 p.m. Thursday, with the winner advancing to play No. 1-seeded Moody Bible Institute at 3 p.m. Friday.

Northland International University, seeded No. 2, will be pitted against Maranatha Baptist Bible College, the No. 3 seed, at 1 p.m. on Friday.

The championship game will be contested at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Admission for the games is $5 per adult and $2 for students.

All spectators are asked to enter the field through the admission tent that will be placed next to Laughlin Center.
