Comments from LC coach Mark Tippett:
"We went into this match at less than full strength due to
illness and injury, which are two issues we have been lucky enough
to avoid all season. Our players handled the lineup changes well,
and several members of our team stepped up their game to help us
meet the challenge.
"This win was another indication of how far our team has come
this year. We struggled to beat Carl Sandburg in five sets earlier
in the season, but tonight we were pretty much in control of the
match from start to finish."
