Commerce.
In a ribbon-cut to commemorate Carroll
Catholic joining the chamber and to officially christen the play
loft (in back of picture), chamber ambassadors and well-wishers
helped to cut the ribbon in Ms. Faith's preschool class
yesterday morning.
