MOUNT PULASKI -- David Michael Cyrulik,
26, of Mount Pulaski, died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010, at 3:16 a.m. in
rural Mount Pulaski following an automobile accident.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount
Pulaski. |

His funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at
the funeral home, with the Rev. Jeffrey Liable
officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery.
Mr. Cyrulik was an excavator for Coogan's
Excavating.
He was born Oct. 15, 1983, in Springfield, the
son of Michael and Cindy Hullinger Cyrulik.
He is survived by his daughter, Alanea Michelle
Cyrulik of Chestnut; his parents, of Mount Pulaski;
one sister, Kristy Cyrulik of Chestnut; one niece,
Alexis Leigh Jordan of Chestnut; his paternal
grandfather, Gayle Cyrulik of Mount Pulaski; and his
maternal grandfather, Delbert Hullinger of Mount
Pulaski.
He was preceded in death by his paternal
grandmother, Rosalie Cyrulik; his maternal
grandmother, Beverly Evans; and one uncle, Dennis
Vogel. |
He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic
Church of Mount Pulaski.
David was a loving father, son and uncle. He will
be missed by many.
Memorials may be made to the Alanea Michelle
Cyrulik Fund.
