Only two weeks until the Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival. The ladies at the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce pose with this year's art and balloon fest shirts. There is still time to volunteer for the event and get yourself a shirt for helping. Just stop by the office at 1555 Fifth St and sign up.
