BEASON -- Angela Rene Barr, 48, of
Beason, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010, at 7:50 a.m. at her home.
Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln. |

Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at
Jefferson Street Christian Church in Lincoln, with
Dustin Fulton officiating. Burial will be in
Atlanta Cemetery, Atlanta.
Mrs. Barr was a registered nurse employed at
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln.
She was in the Army Reserves.
She was born Oct. 31, 1961, in Lincoln. Her
parents were John and Mary Ann Hunter Rankin. She
married Tony Barr on Oct. 12, 1985, in Lincoln.
She is survived by her husband of Beason; two
daughters, Daryl Anne Barr of Bolingbrook and
Valerie Eileen (and Daniel) Pumphrey of Richlands,
N.C.; one son, Luke Anthony Barr at home; one
granddaughter, Sophia Monroe Pumphrey; one brother,
Darrell (and Paula) Rankin of Beason; and two
sisters, Vicke Crowe of Indianapolis, Ind., and
Rhonda (and Robert) Pearson of Des Moines, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her
maternal and paternal grandparents. |
She was a member of Jefferson Street Christian
Church.
