Brosamer said she was northbound on Walnut, stopped at the sign,
then proceeded through the intersection. She did not see Newcome,
and the front ends of the vehicles collided. Newcome said that she
did see Brosamer but did not have enough time to stop.
Brosamer was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
Collision at Fifth and S. Madison
Accident occurred May 25 at 4:08 p.m.

Smith said he was eastbound on Fifth when Niemeyer pulled out
from Madison and struck his vehicle on the driver's side. Niemeyer
said she was attempting to cross Fifth Street. She saw the Smith
vehicle but thought she had sufficient time to get across.
Niemeyer was ticketed for failure to yield.
Driver not accustomed to large vehicle
Accident occurred on May 29 at 10 a.m. in the 1200 block of
Peoria Street.

Danosky was southbound, coming out of an alley in the 1200 block
of Peoria. He said he was not accustomed to driving such a large
vehicle, and when he made the turn, he struck the Grey vehicle on
the rear driver's side as it sat parked near the alley.

intersection of Woodlawn and Madigan Drive on Class A charge of
