The walls are finished, just waiting for painting, mechanicals are in place, ceiling grids are being installed, and work on replacing all the windows in the historic structure has begun. In the next week, the outside appearance of the building will be significantly changed when the new windows are installed, replacing the boarded-up and broken ones that have been a part of the structure since the 2001 fire.
