Grains, livestock futures trade lower

[June 05, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures fell Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

WhInsuranceeat for July delivery slid 6 cents to $4.3575 a bushel, while July corn dropped 9.5 cents to $3.40 a bushel and oats for July delivery fell 2 cents to $1.94 a bushel. July soybeans sank 20 cents to $9.35 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef and pork futures also traded lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle lost 1.15 cents to 90.95 cents a pound. August feeder cattle shed 0.8 cent to $1.0887 a pound, June lean hogs edged down 1.4 cents to 79.05 cents a pound, and July pork bellies fell 1.05 cents to 98.95 cents a pound.
