Accidents Vehicle hit while parked in a no-parking zone
Incident occurred June 12 at 9:05 a.m. on North Union 100 feet
south of Tremont Street.

The vehicle owned by Roher was parked on the east side of North
Union, unoccupied and in an area marked "No Parking."
Bergin was backing out of a driveway on the west side of the
street, did not see the Roher vehicle and backed into it.
Driver going too fast for the curve
Incident occurred June 13 at 7:19 p.m. on North Ottawa and
Nicholson Road.
- Miller, Aubrey J., 18-year-old female, Lincoln; 2000 Pontiac
Bonneville SE
Miller was proceeding north on Ottawa. When she approached the
curve at the onset of Nicholson Road, she was driving too fast for
conditions. Her vehicle hit the curb on the right-hand side of the
road, then slid across the road and into a split-rail fence located
on the property of Lincoln College.
Miller was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and
operating an uninsured vehicle.
Collision at intersection of North Chicago and Delavan
Incident occurred June 14 at 4:21 p.m.

83-year-old male, Lincoln; 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood

Overby, Katie J., 25-year-old female,
Lincoln; 2000 Ford Windstar
Overby was reported to be traveling east. At the intersection,
she stopped, then proceeded. Klink was traveling north and also
stopped, then proceeded, and the two collided in the intersection.
Klink said he did not see Overby entering the intersection. He
was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.

25-year-old female, of Bloomington, arrested June 17 at Lincoln
Parkway and Woodlawn Road on a Logan County warrant for failure
to appear. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.

Voigt, Debera J., 42-year-old female,
of Lincoln, arrested June 17 at the Ayerco on Woodlawn Road on a
Logan County small claims warrant charging contempt of court.
