Lincoln Police Department reports for Monday, June 14

Bateman, Eric B.,
38-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested June 11 on North Hamilton
at Delavan Street on Class C charge of disorderly conduct.

Bland, Jason K.,
19-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested June 12 at an unlisted
location on Class B charge of possession of cannabis with intent
to deliver. Bond was set at $100 cash.

Gardner, Fabian
L., 18-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested June 12 at the
intersection of Grand Avenue and 21st Street on Class A charge
of no valid driver's license. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Hurt, Howard L.,
28-year-old male, of Middletown, arrested June 11 on Stringer
Avenue in Lincoln on Class A charge of criminal damage to
property exceeding $300 and Class A charge of violating an order
of protection.

Jones, Zachary D.,
19-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested June 13 in the 100 block
of Oklahoma Avenue on Class A charge of illegal possession and
consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class A charge of
resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Kimes, Luther R.,
30-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested June 11 at the Ayerco
station on Woodlawn Road on multiple charges, including two
warrant arrests: one issued from McLean County for failure to
appear and one issued by the Illinois Department of Corrections
for parole violation. There were two additional
failure-to-appear warrants with no issuer stated, plus a Class A
charge of obstructing identification. Four bonds totaled
$30,000, 10 percent.

McLaughlin, Dewghn
P., 21-year-old male, of Danvers, arrested June 10 at the
intersection of North Union and 23rd Street on a McLean County
warrant for failure to appear on charge of driving with license
revoked. Additional charges at the time of arrest were Class A
charges of driving with license revoked and operating an
uninsured vehicle.

Miller, Aubrey J., 18-year-old female,
of Lincoln, arrested June 13 in the 100 block of Oklahoma Avenue
on Class A charge of failure to file information after striking
property and Class A charge of resisting or obstructing a peace
officer. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Logan County Sheriff's Department report for Monday, June 14
- Willis, Sherman M., 23-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested
June 12 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County
warrant relating to Class X charge of home invasion. Bond was
set at $150,000, 10 percent.
Illinois State Police report for Monday, June 14
- Shelton, Dwayne Q., 44-year-old male, of St. Louis, Mo.,
arrested June 11 on the southbound lanes of Interstate 55 at the
123 mile marker on Class A charge of driving with license
revoked.
