A graveside service for Mr. Houghtalin will be at
2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, at Zion Cemetery.
Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln is in charge of
arrangements.
Steven was born Aug. 29, 1963, in Morrison, the
son of Robert L. and Juanita Pritchard Houghtalin.
He is survived by his mother, of Lincoln; one
son, Shaun Houghtalin, of Lincoln; and three nieces,
Nicole Vincent and Kristine Ginger of Lincoln and
Ashley Vincent of Belleville.
He was preceded in death by his father and his
sister, Debra Vincent.
He graduated from Lincoln Community High School
in 1981.
