[March 29, 2010]  MOUNT PULASKI -- Michelle E. Lowe, 48, of Mount Pulaski, died Sunday, March 28, 2010, at 7:10 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski.

Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church of Mount Pulaski, with the Rev. Glenn Strohschein officiating.

Burial will be in Steenbergen Cemetery, rural Mount Pulaski.

Ms. Lowe was an administration assistant for the Sangamon County Farm Bureau.

She was born Sept. 21, 1961, in Lincoln.

She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Carol Moore Lowe of Chestnut; two sons, Chad (and Shelly) Maxheimer of Mount Pulaski and U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Christopher (and Stacie) Maxheimer of New Bern, N.C.; one daughter, Taylor E. Lowe of Mount Pulaski; two brothers, Michael (and Lisa) Lowe of Cornsville, Tenn., and Craig (and Darlene) Lowe of Chestnut; three grandsons, Briar, Dominick and Kep Maxheimer; and her maternal grandmother, Wilma Dickerson of Mount Pulaski.

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Mount Pulaski.

Funeral Director

Memorials may be made to the Taylor Lowe Education Fund, Zion Lutheran Church of Mount Pulaski or Zion Lutheran School of Mount Pulaski.
